Terms and Conditions
Please carefully follow the instructions provided on the login page of the web payment system for both successful and failed transactions.
Once you select the “Pay Online” option, you will be directed to proceed with payment through net banking or debit/credit card. Choose your preferred payment method and continue.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a payment confirmation slip. Please keep this slip for future reference.
If the payment fails for any reason, you will receive a notification indicating the failure.
If there is a significant delay in the system response and you haven’t proceeded with the payment or provided card details, you may need to restart the payment process from the beginning.
If you have already provided all debit/credit card details or authorized net banking for payment but haven’t received any response, please contact your bank or credit card company to confirm if your account has been debited. If it has, refrain from attempting another payment.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
There is no cancellation option for the Customer
Customers do not have the option to cancel their purchases. If a duplicate payment occurs, the customer must provide proof of the transaction, such as a bank statement, to the accounts department for a refund. Payments are generally non-refundable, but in exceptional cases, management reserves the right to decide on refunds.
The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days. The respective payment billdesk will return the payment to the issuing bank in batches for processing, which is expected to take approximately 8 to 9 working days depending on the policies of the issuing bank.
By making a payment through the online payment portal, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined herein. The institution reserves the right to update these terms periodically, with any changes becoming effective immediately upon being published on the website.
